CT & X-Ray Clinical Lead

We are seeking a motivated CT & X-Ray Clinical Lead to join our Western Australia client. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on clinical expertise with people leadership, supporting a high-performing radiography team while driving innovation and operational excellence across the region.
 
Working closely with the Regional Management Team and National Modality Lead, you will play a key role in developing staff, improving clinical workflows, and ensuring exceptional patient care across our CT and General X-Ray services.

About the Role
 
As CT & X-Ray Clinical Lead, you will provide leadership and technical guidance to the Radiography team across the Western Australia region.
 
You will be responsible for supporting staff performance and development, maintaining high clinical standards, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-performing radiography teams across the region.
• Manage recruitment, workforce planning, and staff allocation to ensure appropriate coverage and skill mix.
• Maintain exceptional patient care standards, customer service, and professional practice.
• Oversee training and development programs, including CT and radiography trainee support.
• Identify and implement process improvements and service innovations.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practice within CT and General Radiography.
• Work collaboratively with regional leadership and multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

About You
 
You are an experienced Radiographer with strong CT and General X-Ray expertise who is passionate about clinical excellence and supporting team development.
You will bring:

• Extensive CT and General Radiography experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and professionalism
• Understanding of current trends and best practice in medical imaging
• Previous people leadership or supervisory experience (desirable)
