Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a motivated pharmacy team
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Deliver excellent patient care and customer experiences

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) with current AHPRA General Registration
• Immunisation certification and current first aid certification
• Leadership and team development experience
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and strategic planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a work-life balance while leading a team
• Eligibility to live and work in Australia
