Job Responsibilities: - Assess participants' needs and develop evidence-based support plans
- Identify meaningful goals and strategies
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Act as an advocate for best practices
- Mentor less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners

Requirements: - Current suitability confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at the Proficient level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Completed a degree-level qualification as an allied health professional
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
