Job Description

Are you a Behaviour Support Practitioner looking to make a difference in the lives of NDIS participants in the Penrith/Blue Mountains area?

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assess participants' needs and develop evidence-based support plans
  • Identify meaningful goals and strategies
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Act as an advocate for best practices
  • Mentor less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners

Requirements:
  • Current suitability confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at the Proficient level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Completed a degree-level qualification as an allied health professional
  • Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
