Our client, a boutique paediatric allied-health service dedicated to family-centred, evidence-based care across the South-West region of WA, is seeking an experienced paediatric Occupational Therapist to join their growing team, with strong potential to lead the OT Team.
A strong reputation for supporting babies, children and adolescents across home, school and clinic settings, with service reach across Busselton, Bunbury, Vasse, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Margaret River and Katanning.

About the Role - Full-time, permanent position starting in December 2025
- Senior Occupational Therapist focusing on paediatric caseload (0 – early teens)
- Contracted disability-school oversight: 3 hrs/week at a partner school (OT + physio)
- Primary service locations: Busselton & Bunbury, with flexibility to drive between sites
- Mobile OT role with minimal clinic work initially; clinic space coming mid-2026
- Initial appointment basis: 2 days per week, building to full-time as a slow ramp up and work-life balance
- You’ll manage your own schedule: referrals are screened and allocated, then you decide how to run your diary
- Work from home, mobile, or community setting—choose what suits you
- Collaborate with the senior physiotherapists, clinic lead and the Director in weekly meetings for clinical and business discussions
Support & Induction - Casual, gradual induction: starting with a few clients, building up slowly
- Work phone & laptop supplied
- Weekly catch-ups (in-person or café) with the Director and senior physios to support your development
- Strong emphasis on family-centred, evidence-based care

Work Overview - Location: Busselton and Bunbury (with some service reach across surrounding regions)
- Working environments: Primarily home, school & community (mobile); future option of clinic space (in-progress)
- Caseload: Paediatrics (0 – early teens); some school-based hours and outreach/home visits
- Common conditions treated: Developmental delays, sensory regulation, school-readiness skills, gross & fine motor challenges, ASD, ADHD, intellectual disability, coordination or learning difficulties
- Day-to-day responsibilities: Manage your schedule; deliver Occupational Therapy sessions; work with partner school; collaborate with team for program oversight; build clinic presence; liaise with families and external referrers
- Travel allowance/cap: Drive between Busselton & Bunbury; flexibility and willingness to travel expected
- Support: Weekly meetings; mentorship via senior physio & Director; opportunity to lead and contribute to business growth
