Liverpool Region | Full-Time or Part-Time | All Experience Levels Welcome
Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 + Super
Are you looking for an Occupational Therapy role where you can choose how you want to work, step into an established caseload, and be supported by a genuinely experienced team?
Whether you're a new graduate, early-career Occupational Therapist or an experienced clinician, the role can be shaped around your experience, clinical interests and preferred way of working.
Choose How You Want to Work. Not every Occupational Therapist wants the same type of role.
Here, you can choose to work:
- Predominantly clinic-based
- Predominantly community-based, including schools, homes and other community settings
- Or enjoy a mixture of clinic and community
You'll also be stepping into an already established caseload, so there is no expectation to build your diary from scratch.
For New Graduates & Junior Occupational Therapists: If you're early in your career, the focus isn't on chasing billables; it's on learning, building confidence and becoming a strong clinician.
Your caseload will be introduced gradually and increased in line with your confidence and capability, rather than expecting you to manage a full workload immediately.
You'll receive:
- Weekly supervision and mentoring
- A gradual caseload build-up based on your comfort level
- Regular professional development
- Support from experienced clinicians and an established management team
- Full administrative support
- Access to a broader multidisciplinary allied health team
- Support to develop your clinical reasoning, confidence and independence
You won't be expected to walk into a full caseload on day one.
If You're an Experienced Occupational Therapist: For experienced clinicians, there is plenty of flexibility and autonomy to shape the position around your strengths and clinical interests.
You can build a preferred caseload, work across different service environments and explore longer-term opportunities.
You'll be joining a business with
established management and strong staff retention, offering long-term stability alongside the flexibility of private practice.
The Role: Depending on your preferences and experience, your week may include:
- Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions
- Functional capacity assessments
- Developing individualised therapy programs
- Supporting clients with daily living skills, independence and participation
- Working with clients in the clinic and/or community
- Home, school and community-based appointments
- Equipment and assistive technology recommendations
- Clinical documentation and report writing
- Liaising with families, carers and other health professionals
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary allied health team
Both
full-time and part-time arrangements can be considered.
Why Join?
- Choose clinic, community or a mixture of both
- Step into an established caseload
- Weekly supervision and mentoring
- Gradual caseload build-up for junior clinicians
- Junior clinicians focus on learning before billables
- Established and experienced management team
- Strong staff retention
- Full administrative support
- Regular professional development
- Multidisciplinary allied health environment
- Flexible working arrangements
- Opportunity to develop a caseload around your clinical interests
- Future leadership and career progression opportunities
- Work locally throughout the Liverpool region
