- Salaries from $75,000 - $90,000 + Super, depending on your experience

Join a supportive, forward-thinking multidisciplinary team based in a
purpose-built, freshly renovated clinic near Brendale. You’ll work alongside
4 OTs, 3 Speech Pathologists, 3 Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, and a dedicated
admin team.
You'll be well supported with:
- Weekly 1:1 Supervision with a Senior OT
- Optional external supervision for added guidance
- Gradual increase of caseload over 6 months
- Generalist Caseload: AT, EP, Neurodiversity, Developmental Delay & PDA
- Structured induction, providing work shadowing opportunities
- Daily protected admin time
- Flexible start and finish times
- Caseloads tailored to your interests and strengths
- No complex clients initially - introduced only as you're ready
- Fortnightly PD with the multidisciplinary team
- Quarterly Guest Speakers from OT industry leaders
- Joined Therapy Sessions work alongside other Allied Health clinicians to support clients achieve their goals
- Run programs within partnered Kindergartens settings if you wish - preparing for the role out of the Thriving Kids Program

Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
