Job Description

Join one of Australia’s largest podiatry teams delivering high-quality care across residential aged care facilities. This is a unique hybrid community role offering flexibility, strong clinical support, and genuine work-life balance.
  • Salaries from $90,000 - $130,000 + Super 
  • Aged Care caseload - Community, within Aged Care settings
  • Flexible start and finish times and capped travel

Your Role:

This position focuses on delivering podiatry services within residential aged care settings across North Brisbane. You will travel from home to various facilities within your allocated subregion, typically within a 15–20 minute radius from your home location where possible.

Your caseload is structured and consistent, with residents reviewed on a 6–8 week cycle to ensure continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide podiatry services within aged care facilities (e.g. Bupa, Mercy Health etc.)
  • Conduct assessments, provide treatment including (but not limited to) nail care, and diabetes maintenance
  • Deliver ongoing monitoring and preventative care (“check-ins” where treatment may not always be required)
  • Complete documentation and care planning
  • Manage sterilisation processes from home (equipment provided)
This is a non-sales clinical role with no NDIS involvement.

Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in Podiatry
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
