Occupational Therapist role in Clyde with a relaxed farm-based hub, paediatrics caseload and flexible spaces.
Our client is a young and growing NDIS-registered allied health hub set on a peaceful 50-acre property. The team is multidisciplinary, with Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Physiotherapy and Support Work, plus a day program and community-based support.
They are looking for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys flexible, functional therapy and a more natural, down-to-earth setting. You’ll mostly work from the hub, with the option to deliver community-based support (including school holiday programs) when it suits your interests and client goals.
This role is ideal for someone who: - Wants a paediatric-heavy caseload with the option to see some adults
- Prefers functional, engaging sessions (life skills, routines, regulation, play)
- Enjoys tailoring sessions to the child—choose the setting that best fits the goal
- Likes a supportive small-team vibe rather than a highly clinical environment
On Offer: - Salary guidance: Graduates $90,000 + Super, Experienced $120,000 - $130,000 + Super
- Flexible work environment: no uniform, calm and supportive culture
- Varied therapy spaces: kitchen for life skills, music room, TVs, arts/crafts areas
- Support & supervision: director support, senior staff support, and external supervision if needed
- PD allowance: flexible/negotiable (not fixed yet—open to discussion)
Key Requirements: - Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Driver’s licence
- Full Australian working rights
