Our client is a well-established multidisciplinary clinic in Rowville with a strong paediatric focus. The team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, an Educator and Allied Health Assistants, with Psychologists onsite. The clinic delivers face-to-face services and values collaborative care, shared insights and practical support for clinicians.
They are looking to welcome a Speech Pathologist to join their team and support a busy paediatric caseload. You’ll work with children presenting with neurodivergence and developmental differences, delivering evidence-informed intervention and completing assessments and reports. The role encourages variety, balancing therapy and assessment work and offers flexibility to adjust your caseload. You’ll also provide consultative input to other team members to support integrated care.

Key responsibilities: - Complete assessments and deliver intervention for speech, language and communication needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based, individualised therapy plans
- Maintain timely clinical notes, documentation and high-quality reports
- Collaborate with families, educators and MDT colleagues to support outcomes
- Provide services in-clinic and, when required, in community settings (schools/kindergartens)
- Contribute to group programs and internal consults where appropriate
Key requirements: - SPA Membership
- Full Australian working rights
- Tertiary degree in Speech Pathology
