They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to help build their team of OT's on a full time basis as they expand their service. 

Its small team of 12 passionate speech pathologists possesses a wealth of experience within the industry, and fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment! 

• Salary starting at $100,000 - $120,000 + Super 
• Paediatric caseload based in clinic or out in the community based on your preference
• Option to work a condensed working week or 9 day fortnight, flexible working hours, choose your start and finish times

Your Role:

As you build the team you will be responsible for managing a caseload of 4-5 clients a day ages 18 months to 18 years and some young adults (70% NDIS/ 30% Private clients). Your caseload responsibilities will decrease as you take on more of a leadership role. 

As the Team Lead Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for recruiting other OT's, provide supervision and clinical support, create and host informative training sessions for your team, and help with the overall quality improvement of the business.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
• Drivers licence and own vehicle
