This National Allied Health Provider is seeking additional Occupational Therapists to join their team in Southwest Sydney! Join a company of over 100 amazing therapists who are connected by their commitment to providing high-quality therapy to members of the community. 

Applicants can be based anywhere in South West Sydney with your caseload created around your home location. Full-time and part-time considered. You can have experience working with adults or children (or both!) as tailored caseloads are available.

Your day-to-day 

• Delivering evidence-based assessment and therapy to NDIS, DVA, Aged Care and Private clients
• Paediatric, adult or mixed ages caseloads available - this company wants to work around you and your interests
• A contained geographical caseload to reduce commute time 
• Liaising with external stakeholders

How you will be supported

The company boasts an established Occupational Therapist team across Sydney with clinical leads who provide training and ongoing support. Each team member has structured supervision either weekly or fortnightly depending on their experience. 

The company also has structured monthly Professional Development sessions and team catch-ups to ensure everyone is continually learning thus improving services for clients. 

Additional Benefits

• Focus on quality therapy with industry-low targets of 20 billable hours per week
• Salaries between $70,000 - $104,000 + super
• A commission structure that allows for uncapped earnings so you feel rewarded and valued for your work

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration

• Drivers licence and own vehicle
