Job Description

This leading Allied Health Provider, with a national reputation for excellence, is dedicated to helping NDIS participants enhance their quality of life by improving their access, development, independence and overall wellbeing! As a Speech Pathologist, join their journey by becoming a Team Leader in the Camden area of Sydney. 

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a Speech Pathologist looking to take their career to the next level. As a Team Leader Speech Pathologist, you will manage a small team of Speech Pathologists, provide formal supervision and run monthly peer group supervision sessions. Your caseload will include children and adults, and you can tailor your caseload to suit your preference. As a Speech Pathologist, your duties will include assessing and treating a wide range of disabilities within the NDIS, including eating and drinking, such as chewing and swallowing problems, difficulties understanding language or supporting non-verbal communication.

The requirements for the role include:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Full SPA registration
  • Working With Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • Driver's license and own car
  • Previous experience supervising
