This warm and collaborative clinic with a team of 17 multidisiplinary clinicians, is seeking an experienced, warm and bubbly OT contractor to join their team! 

• Hourly rates from $130 - $152 per hour + Super
• Paediatric Caseload based in the clinic
• Flexible working hours & days - optional supervision available

Your role: 

You will be working with NDIS & private paediatric clients needing support with  self-care activities, school supports, school refusal, social supports, wellbeing and personal relationships, emotional regulation, life transitions and life skills. 
Your time will be divided across the week, working in two clinics - one near Hawthorne, the other near Mansfield, seeing roughly 5-6 clients each day you work in either 1:1 or group sessions. 

Ideally a January 2025 start date.

• Optional weekly or fortnightly supervision with a Senior PAediatric OT with over 20+ years experience
• No set billable targets 
• 60% NDIS / 40% Private clients 
• Full admin support for arranging appointments, writing letters, and handling billing, so you can focus on your clients
• Multidisiplinary learning - do joined sessions with other practitioners within the clinic 
• Monthly MDT clinical case discussions
• Quarterly social events
• Warm, and close knit team - big on PD, collaboration & support

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
• Drivers licence and own vehicle
