About the Role:

This position will see you working across aged care, DVA and occupational medicine, with a caseload that is initially varied and can be tailored over time.

You will work across Brisbane, supported by a travel hub model designed to minimise excessive travel. The role typically involves 5 to 6 consults per day, with KPI expectations of 5 billable hours per day, or 5.5 depending on travel.

You will also have access to your closest clinic for support whenever needed - with 12 clinics spread across Brisbane; Loganholme, Morningside, Alexandra Hills, Bownsplains, Goodna, Ipswich, West End, Enoggera, Lutwyche, Aspley, Eatons Hills and Rothwell. 

What Support Looks Like:

Support is a key part of this role. Supervision is provided online and in person by a Clinical Lead with 15 years of experience in this area.

Your onboarding includes:

• Initial online modules covering processes and systems
• In-clinic software training
• First 2 weeks shadowing the Team Lead
• By week 3, transition to a half caseload

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
