Why You’ll Love This Role:
  • Experienced OT team - Join an 8-person OT team based in Beenleigh, with most clinicians bringing 8-18 years of experience.
  • Caseload you can shape - Work with children, adolescents and adults, with the opportunity to align your caseload to your interests across AT, equipment prescription, functional assessments, home modifications, neurodiversity and mental health.
  • Quality over quantity - With a 25 billable hour weekly target and centralised admin support, the focus stays on quality therapy and sustainable workloads.
  • Hybrid service delivery - Deliver services in the clinic and community, depending on client needs, across a primarily NDIS caseload with a small mix of private and Medicare clients.
  • Well-equipped clinic base - Work from a modern clinic with 2 therapy rooms, 2 quiet rooms and a large boardroom for group sessions.
  • Strong clinical support - Benefit from structured onboarding, regular 1:1 support, clinical shadowing, weekly discipline meetings and alternating fortnightly MDT meetings.
  • Real career progression - A strong fit for an OT looking to keep developing clinically while building towards future leadership opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing:

You will deliver therapy, complete functional assessments and prescribe assistive technology across clinic and community settings. The role also involves managing NDIS documentation, setting goals, reporting on outcomes and contributing to MDT collaboration, peer learning and ongoing service development.

Extra Perks:
  • Salaries from $90,000 - $110,000 + Super (depending on your experience)
  • $2,000 PD budget + 4 days paid PD leave
  • Earn up to 10 additional paid hours per fortnight through the incentive model
  • Access to 8 fleet vehicles, or 98c per km reimbursement when using your own vehicle
  • Laptop and phone provided
  • EAP access and wellbeing-first leadership
  • Strong staff retention, with most OTs in the team having more than 8 years’ experience
  • Regular team building activities
  • No admin stress - administration is handled centrally and takes care of bookings, billings and service agreements
Structured Onboarding:
  • Work shadowing to learn the business, policies and processes
  • Induction into Splose and NDIS systems
  • Shadowing with senior OTs
  • Intensive onboarding and learning support across the first 2-4 weeks
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
