Team Culture Team culture is a major focus for this business. They are looking for clinicians who genuinely care about client outcomes and quality of service, rather than those who are purely KPI or salary-driven.
The team is supportive, collaborative and clinically led, with management who understand the realities of allied health work. The Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology teams are active and growing, and there are regular opportunities for team connection and development.
The team also offers:
• Team meetings every 2 months
• Team-based activities and team-building events
• Annual AGM
