What You’ll Get:
  • $80,000 - $85,000 base salary + Super
  • $1,000 annual PD budget + PD leave
  • Flexibility: full-time, part-time, or casual
  • Hybrid working available for non-client tasks
  • Clear internal career pathways for progression and opportunities to specialise after 12 months
What You’ll Do:

You’ll deliver high-quality, client-centred speech therapy to clients across the lifespan. Your caseload will grow as your confidence builds and may include:
  • Speech sound and motor speech disorders
  • Language and literacy development
  • Swallowing and feeding support
  • Autism and complex needs
  • Voice therapy and adult neuro rehab
  • Group therapy in themed rooms and community settings
Your Work Environment:
  • Clinic based near Labrador
  • Beautiful, themed therapy rooms with one-way mirrors for observation
  • Sensory spaces, group therapy zones, and accessible kitchens
  • Admin support to streamline bookings, reports, and diaries
  • 90% in-clinic work with 10% community or home visits
  • Travel reimbursed at $0.99/km
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
