Job Description
Our client is a growing, physio-led private practice with a strong referral base and a consistently busy, mixed MSK waitlist. They’re expanding their team as demand continues to climb, with another physio planned to join around February in Bunbury.
- Salary: Full-time up to $120,000 + super
- Caseload & Work Model: Mixed MSK + adult-focused caseload, clinic + community
- Extra Benefit: Hourly rate + commission + bonus scheme (earn more when you build momentum)
Benefits - Hourly rate + commission structure (earning potential varies based on performance)
- Bonus scheme available (example: one physio earned a $6,000 bonus per fortnight)
- PD allowance: $1,000 per year
- Phone + laptop provided
- All equipment provided
- Admin/marketing support: clinicians are advertised online + practice invests in outreach to referrers
- Paid documentation time: built into sessions (approx. 10 mins post-appointment), including in-community notes time
- Part-time or full-time options available (full-time approx. 34 hours/week)
About the Role - Deliver evidence-based MSK physiotherapy with a mainly adult caseload

- Maintain strong relationships with referrers (GP and NDIS)
- Manage your own diary and workflow (practice supports growth through marketing and referrer engagement)
