  • Tailored Caseloads: Select clients based on your interests from a large waitlist. Work with children aged 2–18 in-clinic (90%) and community (10%) settings (home, school, kindy).

  • Animal Assisted Therapy: Learn to integrate trained dogs into your practice to build rapport, promote communication and support therapeutic interventions.
  • True Variety: Support both private clients and NDIS participants (60% NDIS / 40% Private).
  • Specialist Collaboration & Multidisciplinary Learning: Work alongside a dietitian trained in SOS and intuitive feeding to support feeding and swallowing cases, as well as two highly experienced speech pathologists, two OTs and a psychologist.
  • Engaging Spaces: Enjoy themed therapy rooms designed to captivate and inspire young clients!
  • Impact Hours Model; Focus on quality over quantity, Targets sit below 65% impact hours (approx. 4-5 clients/day)

  • Remuneration starting from $89,000 - $120,000 + Benefits 
  • Bonus Structure: If you're financially motivated, there is the opportunity to increase your take home pay by $10,000 p.a 
  • Flexibility & Autonomy; Manage your own calendar, Choose a start date that works for you, Part-time and full-time options available
  • Structured Support & Growth; Comprehensive induction; work shadowing, and gradual increase of caseload.
  • Weekly or Fortnightly supervision with a highly experienced Doctor of Speech Pathology + External supervision tailored to your caseload and clinical interests if you wish
  • Modern Systems: Use ‘Allie’ software for real-time caseload data, clinical resources, and commission tracking
  • Smart Tech = More Time for Therapy: Use the custom-built ‘Everbility’ AI system to streamline NDIS reports and reduce your documentation workload.

What You’ll Need:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
