Our client is seeking and experienced and passionate Physiotherapist to step into their
Team Lead to join their allied health team, supporting a diverse, all ages NDIS caseload.
- Salaries from $100,000 - $123,000 depending on experience
- Generalist, All Ages Caseload (Adult Dominant), tailored to your interest areas| Hybrid Role

- Flexible Working: Choose your start and finish times to suit your lifestyle & WFH for admin
- Leadership with Impact: Lead and mentor a dedicated physiotherapy team, collaborating closely with five experienced Occupational Therapists.
- Manageable Caseload: 25 Billable Hours a Week
- Admin Support: Take care of bookings and billings, so you can focus on leading your team & managing your caseload
- Fully Equipped Gym stocked with assessment and resource materials
- Outreach with Purpose: Support communities in need with optional monthly travel to Ayr, Mount Isa, and Charters Towers
Additional Perks: - Competitive Remuneration: $100,000 - $123,000 depending on experience
- Professional Development Support: $1000 CPD Allowance per year with PD Leave. Clinical Meetings (MDT) every fortnight
- Tools of the Trade: Work Laptop or iPad Provided
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapist
- NDIS Experience
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
