Job Description

We’re hiring Senior Registered/Clinical Psychologists and Team Leads across several high-performing private practices in Sydney. Ideal for seasoned clinicians who love therapy and also want real impact... coaching clinicians, guiding complex cases, and shaping culture and clinical standards.

Why this is worth a chat:
  • Choice & fit: Opportunities across adult & adolescent therapy with interest-aligned caseloads (e.g., ADHD, trauma, eating disorders, schema/EMDR, etc.).
  • Leadership with impact: Provide supervision (individual & group), act as a clinical escalation point, refine clinical processes, and contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement.
  • Sustainable practice: Thoughtfully designed caseloads, protected admin time, support from dedicated admin/intake, and modern tools to reduce after-hours work.
  • Attractive remuneration: $130k–$150k+ FTE on offer, with options including salaried part-time + revenue share, salary packaging/novated leasing, and annual pay reviews.
  • Real development: Clear pathways (senior → leadership), structured onboarding, regular supervision, PD budgets and wellness benefits.
  • Locations: Roles across Western Sydney, Inner South, Inner West, CBD and surrounding suburbs with flexible hybrid options.
What you’ll do:
  • Lead & mentor: Supervise registrars/early-career clinicians; run case discussions and peer supervision; provide coaching and feedback.
  • Hold complexity: Serve as a senior consult for high-risk/complex presentations; support stepped-care decisions and escalation pathways.
  • Lift quality: Shape templates, policies and assessment protocols; review reports; champion clinical governance and best-practice frameworks.
  • Stay clinical: Maintain a fulfilling therapy caseload with scope to tailor modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema, EMDR, Psychodynamic).
  • Model culture: Foster reflective practice, psychological safety and a learning culture; help set fair, transparent capacity expectations that prevent burnout.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
  • Are a Registered or Clinical Psychologist (AHPRA); Board-approved Supervisor (or eligible/willing).
  • Enjoy mentoring and growing others while maintaining excellent client work.
  • Communicate clearly, think systemically and care about fair, sustainable workloads.
  • Thrive in collaborative teams with modern systems and supportive admin.
Perks on offer (varies by site):
  • Salary from $130k–$150k+ FTE (pro-rata options available)
  • PD allowance (plus supervision provided) and wellness benefits
  • Protected admin time and 50-minute sessions models
  • Dedicated intake/reception, you focus on clinical
  • Therapy-only focus at some sites (no EAP/NDIS/medico-legal)
  • Modern, welcoming clinics; regular team events; recognition programs
