Job Description

This role leads a team within a child-first, evidence-based organisation with a recognised presence in Sydney.

About the Role
As Team Leader, you’ll guide clinical direction, support Psychologists at varying experience levels, and partner with senior leaders on service improvement and clinical governance. You’ll also maintain some direct client work, leading by example in day-to-day practice.

Your Duties Will Include
  • Deliver high-quality psychological care while maintaining best-practice standards
  • Provide supervision, coaching, case support, and drive clinical quality improvement
  • Collaborate with leadership to evolve service models, systems, and governance
  • Work across Sydney locations with flexible WFH options
Requirements / Skills
  • 2-3 years minimum of AHPRA registration as a General or Clinical Psychologist
  • Experience in private practice and/or team leadership within a psychology setting
  • Board-approved supervisor status (preferred) or willingness to obtain it
  • Full Australian work rights
