In this role, you’ll lead psychometric evaluations, working alongside 16 Clinical Psychologists and an in-house psychiatrist, with all the support you need to grow. The clinic boasts a calming, non-clinical design, regular professional development events, and a warm, collaborative culture that encourages fresh ideas and team cohesion. With high staff retention and an open-door policy, you’ll find a stable, welcoming environment where your work is valued.

Be rewarded handsomely for this work, contracting with a 70/30 split, or choosing a well paid salary option! Options to work 2+ days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychometric assessments for children, adolescent and adults, focusing on Autism, intellectual disabilities, WISC, WAIS, and ADHD evaluations.
  • Design individualized, evidence-based assessment plans that provide clear, impactful insights.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care, ensuring the highest quality of support for each client.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
  • Specialized Focus: Build your expertise in psychometric assessments and become a lead in this critical area of practice.
  • Supportive Environment: A culture that values respect, collaboration, and team cohesion, with regular lunches, social events, and team outings.
  • Complete Admin Support: With a dedicated admin team covering 80 hours weekly, you can focus fully on your clients and assessments.
  • Professional Growth: Attend regular two-day seminars and professional development events to stay at the top of your field.
Benefits:
  • Highly Competitive Pay: Contractor-based structure with generous rates of 70/30 split and the flexibility to develop your specialty.
  • Stable, Welcoming Team: Join a clinic with a high staff retention rate and a culture of mutual respect and collaboration.
  • Flexibility: Opportunity to create a schedule that suits you, with minimal travel and a focus on your professional growth.
About You:
You’re an AHPRA-registered Psychologist with strong psychometric skills and a passion for helping children, adolescents and adults through assessment and testing. Whether you’re seasoned in psychometric evaluations or eager to grow in this area, you bring expertise, drive, and a collaborative spirit that will thrive in this supportive, growth-focused clinic.

Requirements/Skills:
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology
  • AHPRA registration
  • Clinical Endorsement (preferred)
  • Strong psychometric assessment skills, especially with children and adolescents
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
