At this purpose-driven clinic in Newcastle, you’ll be working alongside Speechies, OTs, and other BSPs as the vital link between therapy and family life. Clients range across the lifespan. The team still love their paeds clients, but they've expanded to include young adults and even forensic cases. Referrals come from a rich variety, NDIS, DCJ, out of home care, so there’s never a dull moment, just real, impactful work.

Your Duties will Include:
  • Deliver impactful, high-quality behaviour support across a broad client base.
  • Provide assessments, behaviour plans, and reports with a KPI of 25 service hours per week.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team while enjoying independence and support.
  • Deliver services across the Newcastle region with flexibility in travel if you prefer just in-clinic work.
Requirements/ Skills:
  • Background in Social Work or Occupational Therapy is highly desirable
  • Core BSP level of practice with 18 months of experience, or proficient/ advanced level of practice.
  • Comfortable working across ages (or just with children) and needs, including trauma
  • NDIS suitability letter or ability to attain
  • Full Australian Work Rights
