Job Description

Join a highly regarded, long-established private practice offering flexibility, autonomy, and a warm professional team culture. Our client is seeking a Registered or Clinical Psychologist to work 2–4 days per week at their thriving clinic, with some telehealth and an in-person caseload focus.

With over 24 years in operation, this practice provides high-quality, client-centred care across a broad range of presentations including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, trauma, and relationship challenges. The clinic serves a diverse clientele from age 12 through to older adults, with a particular emphasis on supporting adolescents and young adults (18–21 years).

What’s On Offer:
  • Contractor role with a 70/30 fee split – earn up to $160/hr, depending on registration and experience
  • Choose to work 2–4 days per week with flexibility to start slow and build up a caseload
  • Expect 6–7 clients per day with no pressure to overbook
  • Full clinical autonomy – tailor your caseload to your preferred demographic and presentations
  • Opportunity to work with a wide range of referral streams including GP, NDIS, private, EAP, TAC
  • Primarily face-to-face sessions (95%) with optional telehealth
  • Mild to moderate presentations – focus on trauma, life transitions, and general mental health
Clinic Environment:
  • Modern, bright and fully renovated practice with 8 well-appointed consulting rooms
  • On-site parking, disabled access, staff amenities, and break areas
  • Online booking system – view your schedule and manage clients remotely
  • Admin support 3 days per week – new team members scheduled during these times for ease of onboarding

Support & Development:

About You:
  • Registered or Clinical Psychologist (AHPRA)
  • Comfortable working with adolescents and young adults
  • Confident across a diverse caseload, including mood and anxiety disorders, relationship issues, trauma, and more
  • Professional, team-oriented and committed to providing quality client care
