Set in Wollongong, this private clinic is known for its warmth, steady mentorship and down-to-earth culture. You’ll join a truly collaborative multidisciplinary team that rallies around client outcomes and clinician wellbeing. Expect varied work across private, Medicare and NDIS clients; the option to include adult mental health; and access to gold-standard assessments (e.g., ADHD, cognitive/IQ, ADOS, with training available). Thoughtful admin support keeps your day smooth, and if you choose occasional community visits, kilometres are reimbursed. It’s a coastal role that blends purpose with balance.

Your Duties will Include
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to children, adolescents and their families.
  • Conduct assessments (if appropriate), therapy sessions and reports, meeting a manageable KPI structure that is created in line with your capabilities.
  • Collaborate within a skilled MDT while enjoying autonomy over your practice space.
  • Work out of a welcoming clinic in Wollongong.
Requirements/ Skills
  • Experience in private practice or similar.
  • Experience working with children is highly preferred.
  • AHPRA registration as a General Psychologist (Clinical welcome).
  • Full Australian Work Rights.
