Are you a Melbourne-based Behaviour Support Practitioner ready to take your first step into leadership?
This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically seeking candidates who have:
- Current endorsement as a Proficient, Advanced or Specialist BSP
- Have a minimum of 2 years of Behaviour Support experience

Your Duties will Include: - Supporting the team, including those completing EFS programmes, to ensure they feel confident and capable to complete their duties.
- Create and conduct learning and development activities to upskill your team.
- Collaborate with your colleagues to ensure clinical targets are achieved, best outcomes are promoted for participants, and the team is successful.
- Leading by example, promoting the values of the business to your team and providing mentorship.
Requirements/ Skills: - Current endorsement as a Proficient, Advanced or Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Hold an NDIS Behaviour Support Registration Suitability Letter, alongside extensive community-based experience
- Proficiency with NDIS reporting and ability to meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and commitment to the success of yourself and others.
- Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary practices, and a passion for continuous development in the interest of clinical excellence and participant outcomes.
