Job Description

Are you a Melbourne-based Behaviour Support Practitioner ready to take your first step into leadership?

This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically seeking candidates who have:
  1. Current endorsement as a Proficient, Advanced or Specialist BSP
  2. Have a minimum of 2 years of Behaviour Support experience

Your Duties will Include:
  • Supporting the team, including those completing EFS programmes, to ensure they feel confident and capable to complete their duties.
  • Create and conduct learning and development activities to upskill your team.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues to ensure clinical targets are achieved, best outcomes are promoted for participants, and the team is successful.
  • Leading by example, promoting the values of the business to your team and providing mentorship.
Requirements/ Skills:
  • Current endorsement as a Proficient, Advanced or Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Hold an NDIS Behaviour Support Registration Suitability Letter, alongside extensive community-based experience
  • Proficiency with NDIS reporting and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to the success of yourself and others.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary practices, and a passion for continuous development in the interest of clinical excellence and participant outcomes.
