  • Caseload: Manage a varied, mixed-ages generalist caseload across speech, literacy, AAC, fluency, and swallowing. Opportunities to also see some Aged Care clients as well. 
  • Flexible Working: Flexibility to choose a fully clinic-based role or combine clinic and community work. Option for a 9 day fortnight or condensed working week
  • Multidisciplinary Team: Opportunity to join a new monthly MDT outreach program to rural FNQ communities (e.g. Mareeba, Cooktown)
  • Experienced SP Team: Be supported by Allied Health Assistants and a Clinical Lead with 9+ years of Speech Pathology experience
  • New Graduate Support: Weekly 1:1 Supervision, very gradual increase of caseload depending on your confidence, peer learning sessions & multidisicplinary collaboration
  • Clinical Supervision: Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly - the frequency depends on your level of experience and needs

Extra Perks:
  • Competitive Salary: $85,000- $115,000 + Super
  • Professional Development: $1000 annual allowance + 2 days paid PD leave
  • Bonus Incentives: 12-15% bonus for exceeding billable targets
  • Flexible Work Options: Manage your own calendar, with WFH options for admin available 
  • Outreach Opportunities: Monthly MDT trips (3–5 days) to rural FNQ, fully supported
  • Support Structure: External supervision, Clinical Lead access, MDT learning sessions
  • Travel Reimbursement: 99c/km for personal vehicle use or access to company fleet vehicles 
  • Uniforms Provided: Up to 4 sets for full-time staff
  • Admin Support: Dedicated team handles bookings, billing, and room allocations
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
