Join a Queensland-based allied health provider that’s expanded into the NT and help build the Speech Pathology service in Darwin. This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced Speech Pathologist ready to step into leadership - with your client-facing load reducing as you grow and support the local Speech Pathology team.

Key Highlights:

• Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + super
• Relocation: Access up to $7,000 support
• Flexibility: Flexible start/finish times + WFH for admin (option to work a 9-day fortnight or condensed week)

• Clinic base available: Central space for team connection, optional admin, and client appointments

You’ll work alongside a thriving team of 5 Occupational Therapists, backed by a supportive management team and strong clinical support from the National Clinical Lead Speech Pathologist!

• Ongoing clinical support from the Sunshine Coast Speech Pathology team
• Structured onboarding: Gradual caseload increase and work shadowing opportunities
• Professional development: $1,000 PD allowance + 3 days PD leave
• Admin triage of clients with work-life balance front of mind

• Travel reimbursed: 99c per km (paid each pay)
• Bonus structure: 15% of charge-out rate + an additional $30 per extra hour when exceeding targets

Your Role:

• Provide Speech Pathology services across the lifespan (tailored caseload to your scope and interests)
• Support clients funded by NDIS, Aged Care, Medicare and private streams
• Contribute to growing the Speech Pathology team in Darwin, including supervision as new clinicians are onboarded (built into your workload)

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 Years Post Graduate Experience 
• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
• Drivers license and own vehicle
