Be the clinical lead that helps shape a growing team, while maintaining hands-on impact with clients who need your expertise. Support a team of 4-5 clinicians while maintaining a caseload and 16 billable hours per week (FTE).
Flexibility for either part time or full time.

About the Role: - Provide clinical supervision to a small caseload of clinicians (mix of early to mid-career)
- Work across two vibrant Melbourne clinics in Glen Iris & Oakleigh (20 mins apart)
- Caseload of children aged 0–12 years and their families
- Mostly clinic-based with some community outreach to local schools and kinders
- Hybrid role with flexibility based on experience and hours (min. 3 days, ideally full-time)
- Contribute to team PD and complex case discussions weekly
Support Available: - Access to AHAs for clinical support
- Minimum 3 hours PD weekly (team-led, external providers, and peer collaboration)
- External clinical supervision available for all supervisors
- Admin support and resources provided to focus on what you do best

Requirements/Skills - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
