Be the clinical lead that helps shape a growing team, while maintaining hands-on impact with clients who need your expertise. Support a team of 4-5 clinicians while maintaining a caseload and 16 billable hours per week (FTE).

Flexibility for either part time or full time.

• Salary ranging from $110,000 - $130,000

About the Role:

• Provide clinical supervision to a small caseload of clinicians (mix of early to mid-career)
• Work across two vibrant Melbourne clinics in Glen Iris & Oakleigh (20 mins apart)
• Caseload of children aged 0–12 years and their families
• Mostly clinic-based with some community outreach to local schools and kinders
• Hybrid role with flexibility based on experience and hours (min. 3 days, ideally full-time)
• Contribute to team PD and complex case discussions weekly

Support Available:

• Access to AHAs for clinical support
• Minimum 3 hours PD weekly (team-led, external providers, and peer collaboration)
• External clinical supervision available for all supervisors
• Admin support and resources provided to focus on what you do best

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
