Our client is a well known and rapidly growing allied health provider in Melbourne's North. They are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Speech Pathologist to join their dynamic team in a management position. The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping individuals of all ages to enhance their daily life skills and reach their full potential.

In search of an experienced Speech Pathologist this role offers flexibility in your work environment, allowing you to choose from the clinic, in the community, or even through telehealth. They value work-life balance and provides a flexible work environment for their employees.

Full time role however part time applicants will be considered.

Your day to day will include:

• Orchestrating team meetings for the Speech Pathology team
• Supporting the team around professional development and training points
• Assist in new graduate training and education programs as well as managing students on placement
• Split between 3 days clinical and 2 days of management responsibilities
• Common conditions include intellectual disabilities, ASD and speech delays 
• Work from their clinic located in Coburg and visit clients at their homes within the local community
• See NDIS clients from ages 3-65 or have a caseload tailored to your interest area
• Report to the Allied Health Team Leader

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Minimum 3+ years postgraduate experience
• SPA membership
• Drivers license and vehicle
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
