Job Description

Seeking an experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join a growing multidisciplinary allied health practice in Perth’s northern suburbs, near Joondalup. 

Offering a mix of clinic, community, school, and home-based sessions, this role gives you the flexibility to shape your caseload and working style. With a friendly, supportive team and a Director passionate about quality care, this is an opportunity to take on a senior role with scope for leadership.

About the Practice
  • Well-established allied health provider with clinic and mobile service delivery across Perth’s northern suburbs
  • Multidisciplinary team including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and links with a paediatrician
  • Caseload mix currently focused on paediatrics with scope for teenage and adult clients if of interest
  • Common presentations include literacy, fluency disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and speech and language delays
  • Supportive environment with regular clinical supervision, collaborative MDT meetings, and strong admin support
  • Opportunity to provide supervision to earlier clinicians

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership
  • Minimum two years’ post-graduate experience, including paediatrics 
  • Confidence in managing complex cases 
  • Working with Children Checks and NDIS clearance 
  • Valid driver's license and a car
