Why You’ll Love This Role? - 80% Clinic-based / 20% Community (all travel within a 25-minute radius from the clinic)
- Generalist paediatric caseload (ages 1–19): speech, language, literacy, AAC, feeding
- Low billable expectations:
- New Grads: 3 billable hours/day
- Experienced Clinicians: Maximum 5 billables/day
- Bonus structure if you exceed your billable target - get rewarded for your time and effort
- Uncapped PD allowance + PD leave
- Structured New Graduate support, including weekly 1:1 supervision, shadowing, mentoring, and a controlled caseload build-up
- Warm, close-knit multidisciplinary team across Speech Pathology, OT, Psychology, Dietetics and AHAs
- Clinical Supervision: Tailored to your needs as an experienced SP (Fortnightly or Monthly)
About the Clinic:Step into a purpose-built, beautifully resourced space designed to help both clinicians and clients flourish.
You’ll have:
- Your own private clinical room/office
- 13 dedicated therapy rooms, including 2 group therapy rooms
- Front reception team + 3 admin staff to support your day
- A large supply of toys, assessments, equipment and therapy materials
- The freedom to add resources you feel would benefit your clients
- Staff kitchen and collaborative spaces to unwind or connect with colleagues

What Your Day Will Look Like: - Providing therapy to paediatric and adolescent clients aged 1–19
- Working across speech, language, literacy, AAC, feeding, early intervention and more
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team (2 Psychs, 2 OTs, 2 experienced SPs, 1 Dietician, 1 AHA)
- Enjoying autonomy while also having access to ongoing admin support
- Participating in case discussions, joint sessions, and cross-discipline learning
- Taking part in team development sessions and team bonding activities
New Graduate Support Program:Perfect if you're stepping into your first SP role.
You’ll receive:
- Weekly 1:1 supervision
- Mentoring from experienced Speech Pathologists
- Shadowing opportunities during onboarding
- Gradual caseload ramp-up based on confidence, not numbers
- Protected time for learning and PD
You’ll never be left to figure things out alone - this clinic invests heavily in its early-career clinicians.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Must have Drivers license and own vehicle
