Structured supervision and learning: - Weekly 1:1 supervision with a Speech Pathologist Team Leader
- Fortnightly peer support
- Regular team meetings and training
- Two-week induction with a gradual client build (no “sink or swim”)
- Professional development: up to $5,000 annual PD allowance
About the roleYou will work with a diverse NDIS and private caseload, supported by a strong MDT and clear clinical systems.
Caseload options: - Paediatric-only, or Mixed ages (approximately 70% paediatrics / 30% adults; not a full adult caseload)
- Services include: Speech, fluency, literacy skills, voice, social skills, feeding and swallowing, and group programs.
- Hybrid working is available across clinic/community/telehealth, with flexibility depending on your caseload and interests.

- Fortnightly peer support and staff meetings

Requirements/Skills - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Drivers license and vehicle
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
