Structured supervision and learning:

• Weekly 1:1 supervision with a Speech Pathologist Team Leader
• Fortnightly peer support
• Regular team meetings and training
• Two-week induction with a gradual client build (no “sink or swim”)
• Professional development: up to $5,000 annual PD allowance

About the role

You will work with a diverse NDIS and private caseload, supported by a strong MDT and clear clinical systems.

Caseload options:

• Paediatric-only, or Mixed ages (approximately 70% paediatrics / 30% adults; not a full adult caseload)
• Services include: Speech, fluency, literacy skills, voice, social skills, feeding and swallowing, and group programs.
• Hybrid working is available across clinic/community/telehealth, with flexibility depending on your caseload and interests.

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
• Drivers license and vehicle
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
