Job Description

A fantastic opportunity is available with a modern, multi-disciplinary allied health clinic near Springfield Lakes that genuinely puts clients and clinicians first.

With 20+ Allied Health practitioners onsite (OT, Speech Pathology, Physio, Psych + more), you’ll be supported to build your confidence, skills and a career pathway that suits you.
  • Salaries starting at $85,000 - $115,000 + Super 
  • Mixed-Ages caseload (initially 80% paediatric, 10% adult, 10% aged care) that can be tailored to your interests, with a hybrid work model
  • Salary Packaging Benefits + $3000 professional development allowance per year

Full-time and part-time options (minimum 3 days per week).

Your Role: 

You will support a Mixed ages caseload of NDIS & private clients in clinic and community (schools, homes) settings. KPI's are 5 billable hours per day for experienced clinicians, with lots of support for New Grads to increase to this. 

Clients you may support include:
  • Early Intervention
  • Articulation disorders
  • Literacy
  • Language delays or disorders
  • Stuttering or fluency difficulties
  • Voice disorders
  • Cognitive-communication impairments
  • AAC
Our client is also proud to offer clinicians the option to include Aged Care clients as part of their caseload, should they wish.

Support & Career Progression:
  • Structured onboarding with gradual caseload build + shadowing
  • Clinical supervision with the Team Lead Speech Pathologist - weekly, fortnightly or monthly (tailored to you)
  • Clear pathways to career progression, including:
    • leadership responsibilities (when you’re ready)
    • quality improvement projects
    • opportunities to shape your caseload and niche areas
  • New Graduate Support Program: Gradual increase of caseload, workshadowing, weekly 1:1 supervision & peer supervision/ mentoring

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
