Job Description

All-on-4 / Implant Surgeon | Sydney CBD

Join a high-performing, rapidly growing implant-focused clinic in Sydney CBD that is reshaping how full-arch implant dentistry is delivered and taught. Our client is actively seeking an experienced and forward-thinking All-on-4 / Implant Surgeon to take over a full surgical caseload in a practice that blends cutting-edge clinical care with nationally recognised implant training programs.

This is a rare opportunity to join a practice where advanced implantology is not only performed at scale, but also taught through structured education pathways to clinicians across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

This full-time position is ideal for an implant surgeon with extensive experience in All-on-4 / full-arch rehabilitation, ready to step into a purpose-built, systemised environment with full appointment books, a constant flow of surgical cases, and immediate clinical impact.

You will be replacing a senior clinician, joining a multidisciplinary team backed by strong leadership and in-house treatment coordination. With two principal dentists focused on business growth and clinician development, this role offers significant long-term opportunity for those wanting to establish a surgical legacy within an organisation known for clinical precision and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform All-on-4 and complex full-arch implant surgeries
  • Manage treatment planning with full support from imaging, lab and surgical coordination teams
  • Collaborate with restorative clinicians and internal prosthetic workflows
  • Utilise advanced digital planning tools including CBCT, intraoral scanning, and guided surgery
  • Participate in clinical development meetings and optional mentorship opportunities
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of best practices in high-end implant care
As a senior clinician, you may be invited to contribute to training and mentorship, or focus solely on your own growth and caseload — the structure supports both.

What Our Client Offers
  • Immediate access to full surgical books and a strong internal referral system
  • Dedicated implant suite with in-house lab, digital scanners, CBCT, and surgical planning software
  • A high-value, high-volume practice focused on All-on-4, complex implant reconstructions, and full-arch rehabilitation
  • A team-first, mentorship-driven environment with no ego, no hierarchy
  • Opportunities to teach, train or grow clinically within one of the most respected implant education ecosystems in Australasia
  • Located in Sydney CBD - premium facility with public transport access, modern fit-out, and high patient demand
Who They’re Looking For
  • AHPRA-registered Dentist with minimum 5 years' experience
  • Advanced surgical training and proven experience in All-on-4 or full-arch implant surgery
  • Technically excellent with strong case planning and patient communication skills
  • A clinician with growth mindset and team-oriented values
  • Full-time availability (minimum 3–4 days/week) and commitment to a long-term role
Who This Role Is Perfect For
  • A high-performing implant clinician looking to step into a fully-booked, senior surgical role
  • A dentist who wants to expand into mentorship or education alongside clinical work
  • A growth-focused practitioner who thrives in a high-end, systemised surgical environment
  • A long-term thinker ready to build a career within a practice and institute focused on clinical excellence, innovation, and legacy
