About the Practice
With multiple practices and a thriving patient base, this practice delivers comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry in a supportive, patient‑focused environment. The clinic boasts 4 dental chairs, and this role will be taking over the current books of a full-time dentist who is moving on. The current outgoing Dentist has been fully booked for years, underscoring the solid patient demand.

Clinical Responsibilities
As part of this role you’ll provide high‑quality care in:

• General dentistry (check‑ups, cleans, fillings, extractions, crowns, root canals, etc.)
• Preventative and restorative treatments
• Patient education and oral health management
  (Mentorship and support are available if you’re building confidence in certain procedures.)

Role Details:

• Hours: Monday–Friday, with a rotating schedule (Mon-Thu every second week)
• Flexibility: Some weekend work available if preferred across two clinics (Lismore & Ballina)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred
• Open to ADC candidates and overseas‑trained dentists with registration pathway progress
• Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth
