Dentist – Part-Time - Private Practice
Our client owns a thriving three-surgery private practice, and is inviting a motivated
Dentist to join their team. Near Canning Vale, in a residential area, this role presents an outstanding opportunity to build your own patient base while benefiting from hands-on mentorship.
Practice Highlights - Three fully equipped surgeries fitted with CBCT, Airflow unit, Digital workflow with scanners, Itero, Kavo Implant system, Motorised rotary root canal system
- State-of-the-art practice software for scheduling, patient records and imaging
- Ongoing marketing push to drive new patient flow and keep appointment books full
- Books: Walk into 80% full books and build from there
- Mentorship from experienced Principal Dentists in complex extractions, root canals, and prosthodontics
Treatment Scope: The clinic offers a wide range of services including:
- Dental implants and prosthodontic work
- Root canal therapy and complex extractions
- Veneers, crowns, and bridges
- Preventive and cosmetic treatments such as teeth whitening and oral hygiene with Airflow
- Digital smile makeovers using the latest scanning technology
About the Practice: This state-of-the-art clinic is equipped with the latest in dental technology, including CBCT imaging, iTero scanning, and advanced rotary endodontic systems. It provides a supportive environment for Dentists focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
Role & Roster - Part time, flexible on days
Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive general dentistry and routine specialty care, including:
- Preventive: examinations, cleanings, oral cancer screenings, sealants
- Restorative: composite fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures
- Endodontics & Surgery: root canal therapy, extractions, implant placement assistance
- Cosmetic: veneers, bonding, teeth whitening
- Periodontal: scaling, root planing, TMJ therapy
- Ensure high standards of infection control, clinical documentation and patient communication
- Collaborate with the team to support continuity of care across all chairs
Ideal Candidate - AHPRA-registered Dentist with at least 3 years’ clinical experience
- Comfortable across a broad scope of procedures and eager to expand skills
- Bilingual skills (Mandarin/Cantonese or other) highly regarded for our diverse patient base
- Strong communicator with a patient-centered, team-oriented approach
