Our client is looking for an experienced Cosmetic Dentist to join our clients' team across a premium boutique dental setting in Canberra. Known for delivering high-end aesthetic and complex restorative dentistry, this clinic attracts patients who are seeking exceptional outcomes, advanced treatment planning and a highly personalised experience.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled Dentist to work in a high-end, luxury clinic with a strong cosmetic focus. You will be working with elite materials, digital workflows, and a team of industry-leading professionals to create truly transformative results.
This is not a role where you need to slowly build a cosmetic book. Due to two experienced Dentists retiring, there is an immediate opportunity to inherit a strong pipeline of premium cases, established patients and complex treatment plans.

About the position
This role is ideal for a driven Dentist with 5+ years of experience who wants to work at the top end of private dentistry. You will be stepping into a caseload that includes full mouth rehabilitation, porcelain veneers, complex restorations, clear aligner therapy, implant dentistry, smile makeovers, crowns, bridges and high-value aesthetic treatment plans.
The majority of cases will be allocated from the beginning, including premium cosmetic and restorative work. Case values commonly range from $8,000 to $50,000, with many cases averaging around $12,000 to $15,000. Larger treatment plans, including full arch implant solutions, may reach significantly higher values.
You can expect to earn around 600k a year as is currently being achieved by the departing Dentists. 

Our client has dedicated consultants who manage patient education and treatment presentation, meaning the Dentist can focus on clinical delivery rather than sales conversion. This is a major advantage for a clinician who wants to spend their time providing exceptional dentistry while being supported by a highly structured patient journey.
The position is available for 2-3 days per week, ideally including Monday and Tuesday, with the potential to work across two premium Canberra locations.
Key Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
• Strong experience in complex aesthetic dentistry
• Confidence with porcelain veneers and smile design
• Experience in full mouth rehabilitation highly regarded
• Experience with complex restorations, crowns and bridges
• Clear aligner experience desirable
• Implant placement or restoration experience highly valued
• Portfolio of aesthetic cases preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to premium patient outcomes
• Driven mindset with a desire to keep developing professionally
