About the position
Our client is looking for a motivated full-time Dentist to join our clients’ team, with a clear emphasis on mentorship and building confidence across clear aligners, implants and cosmetic dentistry. This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician who wants to accelerate their clinical growth through hands-on guidance, structured feedback, and a steady pipeline of high-value treatment.

You’ll work in a clinic that supports you to manage cases end-to-end, refine your diagnostics and treatment planning, and deliver exceptional aesthetic and functional outcomes, while maintaining a strong foundation in comprehensive general dentistry.

Key responsibilities include:

• Clear aligner consultations, case assessment, planning and review appointments
• Implant dentistry (surgical and/or restorative components aligned with your scope)
• Cosmetic dentistry including veneers, whitening and smile makeover workflows
• Restorative dentistry: composite fillings, crowns and bridges
• Comprehensive examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning
• Preventive care including cleans, examinations and oral cancer screenings
• Extractions and minor surgical procedures (as per your scope/comfort)
• Managing dental emergencies and same-day pain relief when required
• Building long-term patient relationships through education and tailored care

Key Requirements

• AHPRA registration as a Dentist
• 2+ years’ experience in general dentistry
• Demonstrated commitment to aesthetic dentistry and growth-focused practice
• Minimum requirement: completion of (or current enrolment in) clear aligner, implant and/or cosmetic courses/training
• Strong communication skills with a patient-centred, consultative approach
• Growth mindset and genuine interest in being coached and mentored
• Ability to commit to full-time hours
