Job Description

A well-established and respected dental practice in the Cronulla area, is seeking a Lead Dentist to take on a key role within their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced clinician looking to step into a leadership position with flexibility around working days and hours.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Providing a wide range of treatments including preventative care, restorative procedures, root canal therapy, crowns and bridges, extractions, and cosmetic dentistry such as veneers and whitening.
  • Leading by example with a patient-focused approach and high clinical standards.
  • Supporting junior clinicians and contributing to ongoing improvements in patient experience and clinical workflow.
  • Working autonomously while being part of a close-knit and cooperative team.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Australia (or equivalent experience in New Zealand, UK, Ireland, or Canada)
  • Full AHPRA registration and unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage more complex cases independently
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute to team development
