Boutique, Mentorship-Focused Practice | Northern Tasmania

Our client is looking for a motivated Dentist to join their rapidly growing boutique practice in Northern Tasmania. This is an outstanding opportunity for an early-career or developing Dentist who is seeking strong mentorship, a supportive team environment, and a long-term future within a high-quality practice.

Currently expanding their practice, our client is at an exciting growth stage and is seeking a Dentist who wants more than just a role - someone who sees a future and career progression ahead.

About the Opportunity
  • Part-time role to commence (3 days per week), with a clear pathway to full-time if wanted
  • Purpose-built surgeries, recently renovated and developed
  • Existing Therapist is fully booked, creating strong internal referrals
  • Relocation support available, if required 
Clinical Exposure & Scope

You will gain exposure to and be supported in:
  • Comprehensive general dentistry and diagnosis
  • Preventive care, examinations and treatment planning
  • Restorative dentistry including composite fillings, crowns and bridges
  • Endodontics, including pain management and root canal therapy
  • Paediatric dentistry
  • Prosthodontics
  • Surgical dentistry, including extractions
  • Cosmetic dentistry and smile makeovers
  • Implant dentistry and surgical workflows
  • Invisalign and digital dentistry (scanner onsite)

Dentists interested in developing skills in implants, surgery, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, or complex cases will be actively mentored as part of their progression.

  • AHPRA registered Dentist
