About the position

Our client is looking for a Practice Manager who enjoys leading from the front—supporting clinicians and staff, keeping the day running smoothly, and building a positive workplace culture.

This role is ideal for someone confident across operations and people leadership, with the ability to balance patient service with performance, compliance and efficiency. You’ll work closely with the principal Dentist(s) and clinical team to maintain high standards of care and a seamless patient journey.


Key Requirements

• Experience as a Dental Practice Manager OR Senior Dental Reception/Coordinator ready to step up
• Strong knowledge of dental scheduling, recalls and patient communication
• Confidence leading teams and managing competing priorities
• Sound understanding of compliance, privacy and practice procedures
• Calm, solution-focused approach with excellent organisation skills
• Familiarity with dental practice software (training available where needed)
