About the Position This is an excellent opportunity for a Dental Assistant who enjoys being part of a close-knit team and values the security of a long-term position.

You'll join our client's team, working alongside approachable Dentists and supportive colleagues to help patients feel relaxed, comfortable and confident throughout their dental visits.

Your role will involve assisting with general dental examinations, preventive care, fillings, crowns and extractions, while also supporting the reception team when required.

Every day, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive difference to patients and contribute to a workplace built on trust and teamwork.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing caring, attentive chairside assistance during dental procedures
• Helping patients feel comfortable, reassured and supported throughout treatment
• Preparing surgeries and ensuring treatment rooms are organised and ready
• Maintaining instrument sterilisation and high infection control standards
• Assisting with reception and patient enquiries when required
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to a friendly, collaborative environment

Key Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant – essential
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting highly regarded
• A friendly, compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Confidence assisting Dentists with general dental procedures
• Sound knowledge of sterilisation and infection control
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous dental reception experience advantageous
• Reliability and a genuine interest in a stable, long-term position
