Hunter New England Local Health District is seeking PGY2+ RMOs, Registrars and CMOs for flexible locum opportunities across regional and rural hospitals.

This role suits doctors wanting work that can fit around training, family, study, travel or other commitments.

You can choose from block bookings, nights, weekends or ad-hoc availability across current and upcoming 2026 needs.

Clinical Environment

• Roles across Emergency, General Medicine, ICU, Anaesthetics, O&G and more
• Regional and rural hospital settings
• ED, inpatient, after-hours and procedural care
• Varying supervision depending on role and site
• Great exposure for junior doctors and senior CMOs

Requirements

• AHPRA General Registration
• PGY2+ with relevant hospital-based experience
• NSW Working with Children Check and Police Check
• Current CV, references and compliance documents as required
