The Opportunity:

Hunter New England LHD is seeking an experienced Consultant / VMO in Obstetrics & Gynaecology to provide locum support across a rural hospital setting.
 
You will be the sole specialist on-site, delivering comprehensive care across maternity, clinic, and emergency presentations. Shifts are 24 hours in length, with overnight on-call responsibilities and active day work, including consulting in Obstetric Clinics.
 
Note: For fatigue management, locums working more than 7 consecutive days on-call will require a mandatory rest day.

Eligibility Criteria:

• AHPRA Specialist Registration
• FRANZCOG or equivalent
• NSW Working with Children Check and Police Check
• Willingness to complete onboarding and credentialing
