About the Role:
As a Corporate M&A/Commercial Lawyer with 1-3 years PAE, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's continued success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert legal counsel to top-tier corporate/commercial clients.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating intricate contracts and agreements.
- Overseeing complex mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
- Participating in business development initiatives to expand the firm’s client portfolio.
Key Requirements: - 1-3 years PAE in corporate/commercial law, ideally within a reputable private practice firm
- Unrestricted practicing certificate in QLD
- Good attitude towards work and ambition to rise up the ranks
- Proven track record in managing complex corporate transactions
