About the Position:

This is a fantastic opportunity for Associates and Senior Associates with experience in Corporate & Commercial law to advance their careers. You'll work closely with a skilled team of professionals handling diverse and complex matters, including:

• Advising on M&A transactions and managing transactions end-to-end.
• Drafting and negotiating key agreements, including shareholder, licensing, and sale agreements.
• Providing tailored business structuring advice and intellectual property solutions.
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development.

This role offers hands-on client exposure, a supportive team environment, and a unique approach to work-life integration, allowing you to develop professionally while investing in personal growth.

Key Requirements:

• 3-20+ years of post-admission experience in Corporate & Commercial law.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to deliver practical and effective advice.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior team members.
• Commitment to excellence with exceptional attention to detail.

On Offer:

• Competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 + Super.
• Flexible “6-1-1” working model: six hours of client work, one hour for professional development, and one hour for business development each day.
