About the Company:

Our client is a specialist legal practice forming part of a wider international services group spanning legal, finance, and migration support. The Commercial Law division services clients from SMEs to large developers across commercial contracts, structuring, leasing, property transactions, and dispute management. The team takes pride in delivering accessible, commercially-minded advice — with multilingual capability and a grounded, people-first culture.

About the Position:

As Partner, you’ll lead commercial law matters including business structuring, contract drafting, property transactions, and leasing. You’ll be given the autonomy to manage your own practice and clients while benefiting from ongoing referrals from the wider group. This role offers equity or salary partnership, with a strong preference for lawyers who bring a portable practice valued between $100k–$500k.

Key Requirements:

• Experienced commercial lawyer at Partner level
• Demonstrated client following or transferrable practice ($100k+)
• Strong drafting, advisory and commercial acumen
• Interest in helping grow a firm within a collaborative group setting
