What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage debt recovery and external administration matters end-to-end: file deadlines, drafting and court appearances
• Advise insolvency practitioners, secured lenders and creditors on asset realisation and enforcement actions
• Conduct legal research and support Partners on high-value restructuring and litigation work

What You’ll Bring:

• 3 years’ PQE in restructuring, insolvency or commercial litigation
• Strong organisation and ability to manage varied workloads under tight turnarounds
• Excellent drafting, research and communication skills
• A proactive, team-based approach and genuine client focus
